Job Title: Project Coordinator - NCR

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in NCR. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to Kolkata for upcoming projects while maintaining base location in NCR.
  • Conduct thorough technical due diligence on projects.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of MEP processes and local authority approvals.
  • Review and take ownership of drawings and BOQ for projects.
  • Plan project milestones, procurement plans, and present to business teams.
  • Ensure quality of installation at each construction stage and adherence to specified materials.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors from initial stages to final handover.
  • Apply logical thinking and value engineering to reduce costs throughout project lifecycle.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Assist different teams as needed for successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document minutes and communicate risk with mitigation plans if necessary.
  • Utilize construction management tools and software effectively.
  • Travel and handle projects in other cities if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of commercial projects and client-centric operations.
  • Strong background in team management is essential.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects accurately.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in workspace fit-out industry as a project management professional.
  • Preferably from D&B or coworking space background.
Qualification:
  • B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree.
  • Graduation must be through a full-time day course.
  • Specialized in MEP.
