Manufacturing Transformation Lead

As a seasoned consultant, you will drive end-to-end diagnostics and optimization across plants/value streams, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and prioritize value creation.

  • Cost-Out Initiatives: Design and implement lean/total productive maintenance (TPM) strategies, yield & scrap reduction programs, energy/utilities optimization projects, and maintenance strategy initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Industry 4.0 Roadmaps: Develop digital transformation strategies incorporating manufacturing execution systems (MES)/supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)/historian, Internet of Things (IoT)/edge computing, digital twins, advanced planning and scheduling (APS), and quality analytics to achieve measurable earnings before interest and taxes (EBITDA) impact.
  • Business Cases: Create compelling business cases and benefit-tracking models to present to senior executives and drive change on the shop floor through client capability building.
  • Program Orchestration: Oversee multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners, ensuring data security, cyber considerations, and safety protocols are in place.

Requirements: Strong leadership and project management skills, self-motivation, innovation, and teamwork. Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving, core consulting skills, Excel, PowerPoint, and personal/professional ethics.
