ERP Operations Manager

Job Description:

As an experienced ERP operations manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our enterprise resource planning system. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth workflow across departments, supporting end-users, and contributing to process optimization within the Farvision environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Farvision ERP operations across multiple modules, including sales, CRM, finance, purchase, inventory, projects, and HR.
  • Perform data entry, validation, and reporting tasks to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide technical support to end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Farvision ERP.
  • Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using Farvision.
  • Offer training and support to new team members on Farvision ERP processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in Farvision ERP.
  • Strong understanding of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
