Job Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Service Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design practice, you'll work closely with our venture lead and creative technologist to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of experience in service design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and stakeholders
  • Experience working in the financial sector, with a deep understanding of industry nuances and trends
  • Able to effectively communicate with technical teams and senior stakeholders, leveraging expertise in user research and design thinking

The role involves:

  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform new proposition development
  • Owning research methodology and facilitation with users and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of opportunity spaces
  • Developing innovative solutions that balance user, business, and technology priorities, using systems thinking and design expertise
  • Validating concepts and propositions with users, translating actionable insights into actionable next steps

We're looking for a proactive individual with strong organizational and time management skills, comfortable iterating and pivoting quickly. Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential. The successful candidate will be able to work from Hyderabad and co-locate at client offices twice a week.
