Visual Design Leadership Role

A senior-level Creative Director is required to oversee the visual direction of our games and marketing projects. This individual will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, animations, and UI elements that enhance player satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop concept art and visual direction for new game features, titles, and marketing assets in a collaborative environment with Producers, Designers, and Artists.
  • Align the game's art style with core casino mechanics and player psychology through innovative and engaging visual designs.
  • Lead the creation of win animations, bonus visuals, and jackpot effects that captivate players.
  • Direct the design of promotional assets, including Ad creatives, videos, and store visuals that drive engagement.
  • Manage the art production pipeline and estimate tasks to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
  • Mentor, train, and inspire the Art Team to elevate their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in a senior or lead art role with a strong online portfolio showcasing game-related visual design.
  • Proven experience in UI design, graphic design, and visual storytelling for games with excellent leadership skills and ability to manage creative teams.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard art tools with fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with F2P player behavior and art-driven engagement mechanics is essential for this role.

This ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of casino-themed visual elements, experience working on casino games, and knowledge of what drives player engagement.
