Visual Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Lead to join our team.

  • This role will oversee the development of visual identities, graphic assets, and multimedia campaigns that captivate global audiences.
  • You will create engaging visuals for digital platforms, social media, and presentations while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

About this role:

  • Lead the creative direction of our visual identity, including logo design, typography, and color schemes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and meet client objectives.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to inform future design decisions.
  • Stay updated with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in professional design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with 3D design, animation, and video editing.
  • Solid knowledge of UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Ability to create interactive presentations and attractive PDFs.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in branding, campaigns, and corporate materials.
  • Excellent storytelling skills through design and visuals.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Figma or Sketch for prototyping.
  • Knowledge of digital illustration and infographic design.
  • Experience in international campaigns with broad reach.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with development teams.
  • Strong ability to connect strategic creativity with business goals.
