Job Opportunity: Executive Role

 

Our organization is seeking an accomplished professional to fill the position of Executive, focusing on export operations and sales support.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of key tasks:

  • Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations from order processing to final delivery of goods.
  • Effective customer coordination concerning shipments and sales performance.
  • Monthly projection inputs into our system in close collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Agent commission processing within our system and coordination with the accounts department.
  • Closely monitoring order status updates from production plants and notifying customers accordingly.
  • Preparing comprehensive sales summaries, including orders in hand details, product-wise sales analysis, and pending orders reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records of receivables from external customers and diligently following up on timely payments.
  • Overseeing preparation and follow-up on samples, DMFs, and other internal queries in consultation with the team.
