Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to support our team in managing export and import documentation, logistics follow-up, and sales coordination with customers and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries and requirements, and respond to inquiries related to orders, shipments, LCs, and payment follow-ups.
- File and maintain accurate records, prepare billing reports, and manage office correspondence independently.
- Support colleagues in their work and handle their tasks in their absence.
- Perform other office-related and compliance tasks as required.
- Submit activity and results reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Good email drafting skills and independent self-correspondence in English with corporate customers.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of shipping transaction process documents.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
