Job Overview

We are seeking an Investment Banking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Trade Settlements, Cash Settlements, Commodity Settlements, Loan Syndication, Billing and Brokerage, Trade reporting, Regulatory reporting, Reference data, Corporate actions, Security lending operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with client partners to improve processes and controls that build capacity and scale.
  • Monitor and capture overall data and its status from various global functional teams across clients.
  • Provide effective solutions by applying in-depth functional knowledge of process areas to operational scenarios.
  • Identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions using logical, systematic, and sequential methodologies.
  • Lead groups towards company objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in handling teams of minimum 10 members and having good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on various projects.
  • Prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies is highly preferred.
