Job Title: Project Manager

This is a part-time position with a hybrid work model – a combination of remote work and in-person site visits or office meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Develop project work plans, schedules, and milestones; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate compliance with contract scope, safety standards, budget controls, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress and address any field issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation using software.
  • Administer project tasks, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages.
  • Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for projects.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Track subcontractor invoices and prepare project billing and progress claims.
