About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate HR Associate to join our team at FlexiFunnels. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidate profiles, maintaining HR databases, and supporting new hire orientation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidate profiles from top job portals to identify potential talent for our company.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR databases, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Supporting the new hire orientation process, including coordination with hiring managers and provision of necessary documentation.
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of employee records, reporting sheets, and other documentation.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
