Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and market conditions.">
  • Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across credit, operational, and compliance risks.">
  • Monitor emerging credit risks and recommend proactive measures to minimize potential losses.">
  • Ensure effective portfolio monitoring, stress testing, and expected credit loss forecasting to manage default risks.">
  • Leverage data analytics tools to enhance insights for risk control and improve risk modeling, fraud detection, and early warning systems.">
  • Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and the board.">
  • Foster a risk-aware culture through training and education.">

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in risk management, ideally in the NBFC, banking, or financial services sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.">
  • Strong knowledge of credit and financial risk, operational risk in the context of an NBFC; familiarity with RBI regulations.">
  • Sectoral understanding of financial institutions and strong ability to interpret financial trends.">
  • Proficiency in risk management and data analytics tools.">
