Senior Relationship Manager Job Description

This role is focused on managing relationships with affluent clients and driving growth in their wealth. The primary goal is to understand the financial needs of clients and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed individual targets for HNI/TPP and Banking
  • Achieve Individual PBG Targets across TPP (40%)
  • Ensure banking targets are met with a focus on defined income objectives
  • Client level profitability objectives to be met self and team (10%)
  • AUM Growth objectives to be met self and team (10%)
  • Client sign on objectives as defined by Business Head (10%)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Current account Acquisition, Product & Processes, Trade & Forex & other current account related products
  • Strong understanding of CA, Trade & Forex, CMS and Asset products - CC, OD, TL, Export Finance
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders including Branch Banking Team, Operations, Product Team, Treasury, HLIC, Insurance CAM, MF Fund houses personnel, and HSL personnel to achieve business objectives.
