Business Analysis Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to facilitate the successful delivery of consulting engagements for e-commerce clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT business analysis, with a strong understanding of the e-commerce domain and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one or group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures.
  • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work and communicate status if deadlines are at risk.
  • Collaborate with project team members to resolve business or systems issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT business analysis with a focus on e-commerce.
  • 2-3 years of experience implementing e-commerce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with global service delivery models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
