About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives, ensuring cost savings, quality, and timeliness of delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts that meet our needs while delivering value to our organization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 18 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience heading a complete Sourcing function.
  • Strong background in tool room or machine-building industry.
  • Age: 42–45 years.
  • Preferred: Experience in capital equipment or project-based procurement.
