About the role –

This position is a key part of our team, focusing on Search and Social Performance Marketing.

As an expert in various search and social platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Apple Search, Amazon Search, Facebook, Twitter, Insta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat, you will be responsible for Resource Management, Client Relationship Management, Performance Evaluation, Escalation Management and Overall Delivery for your span.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our marketing team, with strong knowledge in Search and Social Performance Marketing, able to work methodically as part of the team, communicating well and inspiring and attracting the target audience.

The goal is to deliver outstanding work and achieve high levels of resource utilization, ensuring quality delivery as per defined SLAs, driving team adherence to all internal/external tools and processes, keeping the team motivated through regular touch points/team engagement activities.

Detail-oriented with strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences (internal or external), sense of ownership; very responsible for team/client management, performance monitoring & reviews.

End to end campaign management experience in running paid ads on meta, , twitter, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on online marketing tools and best practices
  • 1 year -5 yrs of experience in Paid Social ads specifically
  • Experience in Meta, Instagram , , twitter and end to end campaign management specifically reach and frequency campaigns
  • Team & Client management skills
  • Subject-matter-expert for Search
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of different digital marketing channels is a plus
