Job Title: Social Media & Content Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media & Content Marketing Expert to join our team. This is a remote full-time role where you will have the freedom to be creative while working with a credible UK company that values quality, results, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing social media across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. They should be skilled in content design (Canva, Adobe, or similar) and have a strong eye for aesthetics. The ability to write captions and hooks that drive clicks and engagement is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation → Designing engaging graphics, short-form videos, and carousel posts
  • Copywriting → Writing compelling captions, hooks, and social copy that grab attention
  • Daily Posting → Scheduling and publishing content consistently across multiple platforms
  • Multi-Brand Management → Handling social presence for multiple businesses at once
  • Profile Growth → Implementing strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement
  • Analytics & Tracking → Monitoring KPIs, producing performance reports, and optimising campaigns
  • Trend Spotting → Staying ahead of industry and platform changes to maximise visibility

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media across multiple platforms
  • Skilled in content design (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Ability to write captions and hooks that drive clicks and engagement
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to track and monitor KPIs
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to produce performance reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
