Business Growth Strategist

We're on a mission to drive growth and success for our clients in the South. To achieve this, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team.

As our Business Growth Strategist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and opportunity identification
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, founders, and partners to expand into new sectors and grow the client base
  • Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to acquire new clients through referrals, inbound leads, and networking that feels authentic
  • Leading pitches from start to finish, crafting compelling narratives, and closing deals that drive revenue growth
  • Managing onboarded brands like they're your own, ensuring consistency, growth, and strategic alignment
  • Becoming the brand custodian for existing clients, building roadmaps, spotting opportunities, and driving business impact

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years of advertising/digital experience, with a mix of business development, client servicing, and brand management
  • Experience in a similar agency-side role - you understand the pace, people, and client mindset
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and manage brands strategically
  • A balance of detail and big-picture thinking, with exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
  • A networker at heart, problem-solver by nature, and partner clients can rely on
