Main Responsibilities:

  • Scope, plan, and deliver consulting projects on patient analytics.
  • Analyze claims data to provide strategic insights such as patient journey mapping and adherence trends.
  • Develop Tableau dashboards for client decision-making.
  • Mentor team members and foster continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management.
  • 6+ years of US Pharma consulting experience in patient analytics and claims data.
  • Expertise in Tableau and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A Plus: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.
