Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Key Account Development Specialist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct initial outreach via calls and visits to leads to establish strong relationships and identify potential opportunities.
- Manage client relationships, providing tailored product offers and maintaining knowledge of industry trends and products to drive sales growth.
- Engage in negotiations to close deals and follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify potential clients through research and networks to expand our customer base.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the heavy equipment or OEM dealership industry.
- Negotiation and client management skills to effectively communicate with clients and build long-term relationships.
- A competitive salary range of ₹3.6 lakhs to ₹4.8 lakhs per month (CTC).
