The role of Business Development Representative is to identify and pursue business opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport with potential clients through regular phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
- Engage with inquiries and respond to messages on social media platforms.
- Post and share relevant content across social media to increase engagement and generate interest.
- Qualify leads, maintain accurate records of interactions, and update the CRM/database.
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Familiarity with using social media for business purposes (posting, responding, and engaging with leads).
- Basic knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales funnels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
