**Job Title:** Construction Cost EstimatorWe are seeking an experienced Construction Cost Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cost models and estimates for construction projects
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to identify potential cost risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and comprehensive cost estimates
  • Prepare and present cost reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continually improve estimation methods and techniques
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction cost estimation, with a minimum of 2 years of technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely cost estimates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
