We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Specialist to drive our B2B SaaS products' growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation initiatives across various channels, focusing on high-quality lead generation, ICP engagement, and brand authority.

    • Plan and execute an SEO strategy for inbound growth, utilizing AI/LLMs for content ideation, clustering, and optimization.">

  • SEM (Performance Marketing)">
    • Manage Google Ads campaigns focused on competitor and category keywords, continuously optimizing for CAC, conversion rate, and pipeline velocity.">
    ">
  • Social & Community Marketing (Organic)">
    • Develop and share high-quality content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Slack, G2, and ICP communities, monitoring relevant conversations and providing value-added content.">

  • Content & Thought Leadership">
    • Collaborate with internal experts to develop blogs, playbooks, and opinion pieces that resonate with SaaS decision-makers, leveraging thought leadership opportunities.">

  • Email Marketing & Drip Campaigns">
    • Build and segment ICP contact lists, running high-conversion nurture campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar.">

  • Events & Webinars">
    • Research and participate in relevant global SaaS events, hosting webinars with industry voices and prospects to drive engagement and lead generation.">

  • Paid Partnerships & Media Buying">
    • Identify high-intent platforms and run paid placements and co-branded content for lead generation, collaborating with external partners.">

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong understanding of the SaaS buyer journey and funnel metrics.">
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with a commercial mindset and comfort working with data and targets.">
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, email automation platforms, and LLMs, with a bonus for running a personal blog, newsletter, or active online presence.">
  • Education from Tier I / Tier II colleges.">
