Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and related modules. Key responsibilities include driving the project life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment.

The successful candidate will configure and maintain timecard layouts, time attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM. Additionally, they will develop and enhance Fast Formulas for time, payroll, and validations, integrations with third-party applications, and reports.

Security setup and Areas of Responsibility (AORs) management are also critical components of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration management
  • IT project management expertise
