Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and timely completion.
  • Provide strategic advice and insights to the offline head on critical business matters.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic planning and execution processes.
