We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reconciliation and settlements, with a proven track record of advancing business objectives.

The role involves managing and supervising related activities, ensuring an effective operating model is maintained. This includes processing payments and transactions within standardized turnaround times, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Cross-functional collaboration is key to identifying opportunities for process improvement, technical enhancement, and human interface optimization. The successful candidate will develop and implement plans to capitalize on these opportunities, measuring and monitoring success and impacts.

Strong analytical skills and experience working in a team-based environment are essential. The Manager will also be responsible for ensuring operational risk is effectively managed and addressed in all aspects of the payments and settlement function.

Project leadership is another critical aspect of this role. The Manager will lead projects related to payments and reconciliation, ensuring timely completion, achievement of objectives, and cost efficiency. A smooth transition to new systems and processes is also crucial.

Audit points must be addressed and cleared in a reasonable timeframe. Regular management information (MI) and analysis will be prepared for senior management to facilitate effective monitoring and control.

Key qualifications include relevant work experience in international payment gateways, fintech, acquiring settlement, and banks. A minimum of 5 years of banking experience and a proven leader with predominant experience in merchant's settlement and reconciliation are required.

A bachelor's degree from a recognized university is necessary, preferably in accounting. The following values are highly prized in our people:
