Linux Administration Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux professional to provide 24x7 production support and act as a Subject Matter Expert for the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing Root Cause Analysis, investigating and resolving database performance issues, and leading crisis calls.

About this Role:
  • Provide 24x7 production support for Linux environments, serving as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues.
  • Investigate and provide solutions to database performance related issues.
  • Lead teams in crisis calls, participate in MIR (Major Incident Review) and PIR (Post-Incident Review) calls, and mentor team members.
  • Maintain complex High Availability & Replication setups.
  • Provide consultancy for complex setups and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
