Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including rooms and public spaces.
  • Providing exceptional guest service, responding promptly to requests, and ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of tasks, training, and performance metrics.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
