IT Operations Manager

  • Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving, technical expertise, and effective communication to support business continuity. As an IT Operations Manager, you will ensure smooth IT operations by managing systems, networks, and user support.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues; diagnose and resolve faults.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Support employees with system access, applications, and connectivity for seamless operations.
  • Ensure regular data backups, patch updates, and compliance with IT security protocols.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and services.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, effective communication and user support skills.
  • Knowledge of data backup, patch management, IT Security protocols.
  • Overview about VMware and Cyber Security is a plus.
