As a technical leader, you will oversee the development of innovative solutions for pump technologies. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a growth strategy for the team based on collaboration with global leaders and product management groups.
  • Oversee the design, development, and improvement of pump systems and related technologies.
  • Manage projects related to pump technology, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians working on pump-related projects.
  • Ensure that pump systems meet quality standards, safety regulations, and performance requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and Global stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership Competencies such as Strategic Thought leadership, Accountability for Execution and Results, Courage, Agility and capability to leverage global teams for success
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of pump systems, hydraulics, fluid dynamics, and related technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and find innovative solutions.
