Operations Manager Job

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee project deployments across North India.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to lead operational aspects from site setup to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement field operations for new and ongoing projects.
  • Establish operational infrastructure, manage on-site resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
  • Supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for equipment and personnel.
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company standards.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or project management (preferably in infrastructure, utilities, or technical service domains).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
  • Highly adaptable to changing field conditions and problem-solving on the go.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
Qualifications
  • A graduate degree (Engineering or Management background preferred) is required.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills are essential.
