Cloud Native Engineering Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Native Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Native Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying cloud-native solutions that enable scalable, secure, and efficient application development.

About the Job

This is a highly technical role that requires hands-on expertise in cloud architecture, serverless computing, and DevOps practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway, as well as experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide a team of engineers to design, build, and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
  • Own project planning, resource allocation, and delivery management while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Architect scalable and secure solutions using Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Act as the primary technical and delivery contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Deep expertise with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Node.js, or Java.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cloud/DevOps teams.
  • Strong understanding of serverless architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns.
