Job Title: Systems Requirements Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Requirements Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements are clearly defined, documented, and met throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the requirements management process, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive requirement documents, including functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are accurately represented and aligned with project objectives.
  • Analyze and resolve requirement-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior leadership as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and ASPICE levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with requirement management tools such as Codebeamer.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with sensor systems and ADAS components.
