ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant.

This role is responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow OTM platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connector(SGC).
  • Implement networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment etc.
  • Understand industrial control system works and OT network functions. Familiarity with Purdue Model architecture.
  • Implement OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management module in ServiceNow.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations and scripting languages like Power/Shell.
  • Database level architecture, SQL queries writing skills.
  • Scripting automated processes using Business rule, script action etc.
  • Enhance ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform capabilities.
  • Develop ServiceNow ITOM configurations, data alignment, automated data population, data import.
  • Document technical details, prepare training material for project.
  • Implement CSDM framework for Operational Technology, end-to-end data alignment process document including CMDB & CSDM process and procedures.
  • Train stakeholders on new process and procedures.
  • Identify issues, gather data, analyze and present solutions.
  • Collaborate with architect to ensure technically feasible solutions.
  • Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
