">We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to support our Founder in various operational, strategic, and personal capacities. This high-energy role combines executive assistance, project management, personal training, and lifestyle optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Founder & Personal Support:
- Manage the calendar, fitness schedule, travel, and personal logistics
- Transport the Founder to meetings, events, and personal commitments
- Track birthdays, social events, and personal commitments; ensure timely execution
- Organize personal supplies (supplements, grooming items, essentials)
- Maintain car cleanliness, servicing, and maintenance schedules
- Handle gifting, printing, parcel pickups/deliveries, and event coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners
- Operations & Team Management:
- Lead operational execution: schedules, workflows, communications, and follow-ups
- Monitor attendance, payroll, payouts, and team bandwidth
- Project & Strategy:
- Ensure clear meeting documentation: notes, insights, and actionable follow-ups
- Use Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, and AI tools to streamline workflows
- Partner with the Founder on brand strategy, pitches, and business development
- Conduct research, audits, and prepare strategic presentations
- Monitor accountability across stakeholders and projects
- Personal Training & Wellness:
- Conduct daily personal training sessions as required
- Design and adapt fitness programs, track progress, and ensure safe, effective sessions
