The position of Academic Advisor is responsible for guiding students in selecting appropriate training programs, providing career counseling, and tracking the progress of enrolled participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with trainers and administrative staff to ensure student needs are met.
- Managing student queries and providing support through various channels.
- Assisting with placement support and helping students achieve their career goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in academic counseling, career guidance, and student support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of training and development programs, particularly in IT and related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
