Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PPC and Paid Social Media Manager to lead our global marketing campaigns. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business results through data-driven advertising.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms. They will be expected to analyze campaign data, optimize budgets, and refine targeting to maximize performance.

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with performance marketing tools, and the ability to collaborate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams. The successful candidate will also stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-market campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities and optimize budgets.
  • Refine targeting and improve campaign performance through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of global digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 5–7+ years' proven experience managing high-budget PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Strong record of success in scaling campaigns in multiple international markets.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with performance marketing tools.
  • Experience in audience segmentation, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
