Accounting Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to lead and manage various projects, act as a key team leader, and ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment and motivate team members to achieve their best.
  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust processes to maintain the highest standards of quality in all deliverables.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with a CA firm;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficiency in accounting software and expertise in MS Excel;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Qualifications:
