We aew looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowlegde of real estate accounting. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting functions, compliance, and finanacial reporting for real estate projects, ensuring accuracy, transparency to statutory regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations related to real estate projects (land acquisition, construction, leasing, sales, etc.).
  • Prepare and review project cost statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, client collections, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee RERA compliance, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors & internal teams for seamless execution

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate project accounting, taxation (GST, TDS), and compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP/Tally, Advance Excel, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small finance team
