Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rewards Delivery Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of employee rewards.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global compensation and benefits, as well as experience working with international organizations and complex stakeholder matrices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to local HR teams on rewards program/policy matters and prioritize rewards resources.
  • Lead the end-to-end coordination and execution of the annual compensation review cycle and collaborate with internal stakeholders within own geographic scope.
  • Act as a sparring partner on individual salary proposals requiring special expertise.
  • Work with HR and Finance locally to prepare budget proposals for merit and rewards budgets.
  • Design and deliver training programs, analyses, and background preparation for Rewards programs and processes to enable People Partners and People Business Partners in successfully using these and applying the Rewards principles.
Continuous Improvement
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement in how the Rewards package is constructed and Rewards are applied in countries/areas of responsibility.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in local processes.
  • Conduct market analyses, identifying gaps to market and areas needing special attention.

Requirements
  • Strong experience (years) working with Rewards within a global and complex environment.
  • Experience implementing or using a leading global HR system with advanced compensation and benefits modules.
  • Experience in large international organizations and ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrices.
  • Ability to effectively engage and mobilize diverse local HR stakeholders.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude geared towards continuous improvement.
