Key Responsibilities:

Analyze appraisal data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions that support business goals.
- Remuneration Management: Develop and implement compensation strategies that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmarking exercises to ensure our compensation packages attract and retain top talent. Manage the bonus and incentive programs to motivate and reward high performance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, make recommendations, and drive informed decision-making. Prepare reports on HR key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, appraisal processes, and compensation strategies.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR.
- Experience with HR software and tools.
- Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) would be an asset.
