Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Management Information Systems Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Master Data Management, MIS, and Reporting, with experience working with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV. They will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining item masters, vendor master data, and transit days for DC-vendor combinations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and publishing daily planning reports, generating weekly and monthly reports/scorecards, and consolidating data from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master Data Management: Create, update, and maintain item masters, vendor master data, and transit days for DC-vendor combinations.
  • MIS & Reporting: Prepare and publish daily planning reports, generate weekly and monthly reports/scorecards, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred).
  • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formatting; macros knowledge is an advantage).
  • Ability to handle large data sets and maintain high accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Master Data Management / MIS / Reporting in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries.
