Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned data expert to drive business growth through strategic decision-making.

This exciting role demands deep expertise in data mining, statistical modeling, and algorithm development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights and optimize performance.

The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex problems using large, diverse datasets and skilled in translating analytical findings into business impact.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges.
  • Mine and analyze structured and unstructured data using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark.
  • Build and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with our team to deploy models and monitor performance, design and implement tools and processes to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact, and deliver training modules and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
  • Proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices
