Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest level of quality in our eLearning courses.

With over two decades of experience, our organization has developed technologies and solutions for the emerging knowledge-based society.

Our team works closely with government bodies to deliver e-Learning, e-Governance, and e-Services. We've successfully completed projects with large-scale social implications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine user requirements for systems to ensure maximum usability.
  • Check the accuracy of eLearning courses regarding audio and transcript aspects.
  • Verify graphics standards and on-screen text formatting.
  • Ensure interactivities function as described in the storyboard.
  • Test courses in various browsers and confirm player menu items functionality.
  • LMS testing: Confirm course uploads without errors and proper assignment to test users.
