Optimize business decision-making by streamlining incentive compensation processes.

About the Role:

As a key team member, you will play a critical role in administering incentive compensation programs, working closely with operations and field personnel to ensure timely and accurate data collection. Your responsibilities will include validating data sets for accuracy and consistency, coordinating with teams to resolve issues, and participating in regular validations and reviews of transaction crediting, commission payments, and program exceptions.

Responsibilities:
  • Validating data sets for accuracy and consistency with program guidelines.
  • Coordinating with operations teams to resolve issues and ensure timely data collection.
  • Participating in bi-monthly, monthly, and quarterly validations and reviews.
Requirements:
  • 4 years experience in incentive compensation, sales strategy, operations, and consulting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Incentive Compensation Management tools.
  • Basic understanding of the end-to-end incentive compensation process flow in a SaaS Subscription environment.
