Real Estate Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities:
">- Represent the company in various legal matters, including court appearances and interactions with government offices.
- Coordinate with appointed law firms to represent the company's interests in legal matters.
- Draft and review various documents, correspondence, and reports related to the company's operations.
- Manage and coordinate between sales, finance, and construction teams to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
- Prepare and present regular reports on procedural practices and company performance.
- Handle all communication related to rectification, cancellation, termination, and possession issues.
- Issue powers of attorney, demand letters, stamp duty documents, agreements, registrations, and other necessary documents.
