Job Description

- Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on all corporate and project-related matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the property and construction industry.
- Manage litigation and disputes, working closely with external legal counsel as required including RERA, consumer disputes and civil suits
- Oversee due diligence processes for property acquisitions and other transactions.
- Develop and implement policies to mitigate legal risks and ensure best practices.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their potential impact on the organisation.
- Lead and mentor the legal team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Head should have:

- A degree in Law from a recognised university or institution.
- At-least ten years of overall experience with proven expertise in corporate law, property law, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in managing legal matters within the property and building & construction industry.
