Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and contribute to the growth of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for using data analytics to drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build predictive models, forecasts, and optimization tools that drive operational efficiency and smarter decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Write complex SQL queries to analyze large datasets across product, operations, and customer domains.
  • Build forecasting models for demand, supply, and operational KPIs.
  • Conduct regression and statistical analyses to understand key performance drivers.
  • Support optimization of pricing, promotions, and inventory with analytical models.
  • Create dashboards and reports to enable self-serve analytics across teams.

About the Role:

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Knowledge of regression, forecasting, and optimization techniques.
  • Exposure to ML concepts is a plus (e.g., scikit-learn, Python/R).
