Business Intelligence Analyst

">Description:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in driving strategic sales planning and profit ownership for our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as gross merchandise value (GMV), average order value (AOV), conversion rate (CVR), and ensuring performance against targets.

You will be responsible for managing brands and vendors, building strong relationships with key brand partners and sellers, leading brand negotiations, annual business planning, and joint marketing investments.

In addition, you will ensure timely listings, assortment planning, and pricing competitiveness using internal dashboards and external market intelligence to identify category trends, gaps, and opportunities.

You will implement pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies backed by data insights and partner with marketing, design, and product teams to create impactful campaigns and brand stories.

Your goal is to drive monthly, seasonal, and event-based merchandising plans, ensuring consistency in customer experience through effective visual merchandising and content.

You will foster a high-performance culture through goal-setting, reviews, and developmental feedback.
