We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to design, implement, and maintain large-scale Oracle databases for our applications. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Design and implementation of Oracle databases
  • Performance tuning and optimization of existing databases
  • Troubleshooting database issues using SQL Developer and Enterprise Manager
  • Collaboration with development teams on data modeling, schema changes, and migrations
  • Development and troubleshooting of PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
  • Support for customizations, extensions, and database objects related to Oracle Applications
  • Monitoring and tuning of application and database performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle application DBA role with expertise in query optimization, cost analysis, and performance tuning
  • Strong understanding of Oracle application database concepts
  • Proficiency in performing performance tuning techniques to optimize database queries
  • Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders (Backend, front end, Middleware, and core DBAs)
